Pelsall Carnival holds no responsibility for the security of your vehicle whilst on site.
Pelsall Carnival Committee accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss to the vehicle displaying this permit, or for any injury to any persons their agents or servants as a result of this vehicle being on or moving on the showground.
The site speed limit of 5 MPH must be adhered to at all times.
Only one vehicle will be permitted to remain with any stall during the hours of 11am and 5 pm. Any further vehicles MUST leave the showground by no later than 11am.
THERE WILL BE STRICTLY NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT PERMITTED DURING THE HOURS OF 11am & 5pm
If you need to leave the showground in a GENUINE EMERGENCY during these hours, you MUST SEEK THE HELP of a SITE MARSHAL  who will escort you from the showground
 
PLEASE REMOVE ALL RUBBISH & PLACE IN SKIP PROVIDED, before leaving the site - Failure to comply may result in a penalty notice being issued.
​All space is allocated on a first come first served basis.
​All stallholders are responsible for the health and safety of persons on the stall, the General Public and the general safety of their stall area.
 Failure to adhere to the above conditions could result in removal from the site, anyone removed for contravening our conditions will forfeit their entrance fee

NO SECOND HAND ELECTRICAL ITEMS WITHOUT VALID TEST CERTIFICATE
NO LIVESTOCK,    NO WEAPONS (Knives, Guns etc.)     NO COUNTERFEIT GOODS

Costs
Car Boot Stall space charges are as follows:
Up to 15ft   -  £ 10.00
​15ft to 25ft -  £ 15.00
​25ft to 35ft -  £ 20.00
​35ft to 45ft -  £ 25.00
​Over 45ft    -  £ 30.00
